Tantisal Saptarshi Farmer Producer Company Limited is situated in the village of Tantishal. We are located at C/O Tantishal Gram Sabha S.K.U.S.Ltd. Bishwanath Ray is the person who helps manage things at our office there. We are a collective of farmers from the local area. It’s a community effort more than a business in the traditional sense. We spend our days out in the fields around the P.O. Tantishal. The work is constant and depends entirely on the seasons. We aren't here to make any grand claims. We are just people who know how to farm. The connection with the Gram Sabha S.K.U.S.Ltd helps us stay organized. Bishwanath Ray is a familiar face to most people in the village. We don't have any big marketing plans or fancy brochures. If you want to know about us, you just come to the village and ask around. We deal with the crops and the livestock and whatever else needs doing. It’s a practical way to live. Some days are tougher than others, especially when the weather doesn't cooperate. But we stay at it. Tantisal Saptarshi Farmer Producer Company Limited is just a name for our group of neighbors working the land together. We keep it simple and focus on the daily tasks. We aren't looking to become some huge enterprise. We just want to do right by our families and our small community here in Tantishal.
