We are Tannu Exports and you can find us at Hermes Minor, which is right across from the Canara Bank in Ramwadi. It is a pretty convenient location since the bank is a good landmark for anyone trying to find us for the first time. We handle a lot of export work from this office. It involves a lot of phone calls, emails, and making sure the containers are packed correctly for their long journeys. Ramwadi is a busy area but our spot in Hermes Minor is relatively calm most of the time. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We are just a small team that handles everything from start to finish. Our office is filled with samples and shipping documents piled up on the desks. We don't have a dedicated marketing person because we usually deal with the same set of international buyers year after year. It’s a lot of long hours, especially when we have to deal with different time zones across the world. We don't use any fancy business talk; we just tell our customers what we can do and then we do it. Sometimes the internet is slow or the courier is late, but we manage. It’s a practical, no-nonsense way of running an export business. Most of us have lived here for our whole lives.
