Kothrud is a busy part of Pune, and that’s where we’ve set up our private operation. It’s a lively area with lots of students and families, so there’s always something happening right outside our door. We don’t have a massive office building or anything, just a practical space where we can get our work done without distractions. Mostly, we deal with people from the local community who need a hand with various projects. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find people in suits every day. We prefer keeping things casual and easygoing. If someone has a question, they just walk in and ask. We’ve been around this neighborhood long enough to know the shortcuts and the best places to grab a quick snack when the work piles up. The team is small, just a few of us who have lived in Pune for years. We understand how things work here, from the traffic to the way people like to do business face-to-face. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing, and other days it's peaceful enough to catch up on all the small tasks we've been putting off. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements because we’d rather just let the work speak for itself. It’s a simple way to run things, but it has served us well so far. We just show up every morning, do what needs doing, and head home once the sun goes down. There isn't much more to it than that, really. It works for us.
