You can find us at Plot P-7 in the MIDC area of the Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park in Hinjawadi. Being in an IT park might seem a bit odd for a bakery, but it’s actually a very busy place to be. Tamanna Foods & Bakery has its production facility right here among all the big tech buildings. It’s a functional space designed for high-volume work rather than being a cozy little shop. We spend our days managing the machines and making sure the food production goes smoothly. The area is always full of people commuting and trucks moving goods, so there is a lot of energy around. Our team is a group of local workers who know how to handle the equipment and keep the kitchen running. We don’t have a lot of time for fluff or corporate talk because the schedule is usually pretty tight. We focus on getting the orders ready and sent out to where they need to go. It can get quite hot in the facility with the large ovens running all day, but that’s the nature of the job. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a fancy office; we just want the food we make to be decent and delivered on time. It is a straightforward operation where the main goal is just to keep the production line moving and everything clean. We take things one day at a time here.
