We’re up on the first floor of Trade Net Tower. If you know the Nagar Road area in Viman Nagar, we’re the ones right above the Maruti showroom. It’s a pretty easy spot to find because of the cars downstairs. Being in Pune, specifically this part of town, means there is always something going on. The traffic on Nagar Road can be pretty loud, but once you get up to the first floor, it’s a bit quieter. We have a decent-sized space here where we do all our work. It’s mostly desks and computers. We spend our days looking for people and matching them with different roles. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and sitting in front of screens. The building has a few other businesses, so you see different people in the hallways. We usually grab lunch from one of the places nearby or just bring something from home. There’s a good mix of us here, some have been around since we started and others are newer. We don’t really do the whole big corporate thing. We just come in, do the work, and try to keep things organized. The office gets a lot of light in the afternoons which is nice. Sometimes the lift is slow, so we just take the stairs since it’s only the first floor. It’s a practical place for us to be, and being near the airport side of town is convenient for a lot of reasons.
