Talent Fusion

Our office for Talent Fusion is tucked away in the Sunway Society, specifically at 5/3 C/O N.M Bahirat. We are right near the Pune IT Park on Bhau Patil Road in Bhopodi. It’s a handy location because we’re close to a lot of the action, but being inside a residential society makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a standard office block. We don't have a giant glass storefront or anything like that. It’s more of a home-office feel where we can actually get things done without too much outside noise. We spend a lot of time on the computer looking through profiles and talking to people who are looking for work. Since we’re in Pune 20, we see a lot of local talent coming through our doors or calling us up. It's a lot of balancing schedules and trying to make sure everyone is on the same page. Sometimes it's a bit of a juggle, but we've gotten used to it over time. We aren't into the whole high-pressure sales tactic thing. We just talk to people, see what they need, and try to help them out. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering phones to filing papers in the back. It's just a regular local business trying to do right by the people we work with every day.
