Talent Fusion

Talent Fusion is over in the Vishrantwadi part of Pune. We are in the Shantiban Apartments, specifically A1-106 on Dhanori Road. It’s a decent area and fairly easy to get to once you know where the apartments are. We don't have a massive sign or anything. We are just tucked away in the residential block. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our computers. We spend our days looking for people and matching them with what they need. It sounds more complicated than it is. We aren't some high-pressure agency with people shouting on phones. It’s actually pretty quiet most days. We like the local vibe of Dhanori Road. There are some good snack shops nearby where we go during our breaks. We don't have a corporate handbook or a list of rules about how to talk. We just act like ourselves. Some days are busier than others, especially when a lot of positions open up at once. We don't make big promises that we can't keep. We just tell people the truth about what’s available. It’s a small operation and we plan to keep it that way. We like knowing everyone’s name and not being lost in a giant company. That’s just how we operate day to day. We’ve been here for a while and we know the neighborhood pretty well. It’s a good spot for us to be.
