Talent Fusion Pvt. Ltd is situated at 2/1, Konark Nagar in Viman Nagar, Pune. Being in 411014 means we are right near the airport, so we hear planes taking off and landing pretty often. Viman Nagar is a fast-paced area with lots of students and young workers everywhere. Our office is a simple space where we spend most of our time trying to find the right people for different jobs. We call it "fusion" because we try to bring talent and opportunity together, but really, it’s just a lot of interviewing and phone calls. Konark Nagar is a nice spot, and there are plenty of places to grab a quick snack nearby when we get a break. The work we do isn't glamorous. It involves looking at hundreds of profiles and trying to see who would actually be a good fit for a role. Some days are long, especially when we have a deadline to fill a bunch of positions. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or anything. It’s just us and our laptops. The traffic in Viman Nagar can be a real headache in the evenings, but it’s a good place to be if you want to be where the action is. We just try to be helpful and straightforward with everyone who walks through our door. It's just a regular office doing regular work.
