Tadeshwar Agro Producer Company Limited

Started this place at Shop No.38 in the New Mondha area. Ambad is where we are based. It's just a few of us working together. Most days we are busy with whatever the season brings. We handle a lot of grain and produce from the nearby fields. It gets pretty loud and dusty at the market during peak times but that is how it goes. We don't have a big office or anything fancy, just the shop where people come to talk about their crops. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but we manage. My family has lived around here for a long time so we know most of the faces coming through the door. It is not always easy with the weather and the prices changing all the time, but we keep the doors open. We deal with seeds and whatever else the farmers need for their land. People stop by just to sit and have tea sometimes while waiting for their turn. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can. Dealing with the logistics is the hard part, getting everything from the farm to the market without too many delays. We just do what we can every day. It's just a local business trying to make things work in this part of Taluka Ambad. There isn't much more to it than that. We are just regular people working here at Tadeshwar Agro Producer Company Limited. We just want to keep things going for our families.
