Syntino Farms Private Limited

We spend most of our time here at Plot 128 in Akurdi. It is a busy part of Sector 27 and there is always some noise from the road or people moving around the neighborhood. Honestly, some days are just about managing the paperwork and making sure the farm stuff is handled right from this small office. It is not a fancy setup by any means. We have a few chairs that have seen better days and a fan that ticks whenever it is on the high setting. The commute through the Pcntda area can be a real headache sometimes, especially when it rains and the roads get messy. We just do what needs to be done. Syntino Farms started because there was a need to get things organized, and we have stayed here ever since because the location works for our needs. People drop by sometimes just to ask questions or see how things are going. We do not have a big receptionist or anything like that. You just walk in and talk to whoever is sitting at the desk. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually end up talking about the day’s work after we finish up. It is a plain way of living and working. We deal with the crops and the logistics without making much of a fuss. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint but that is not a priority right now. We are just focused on the day-to-day tasks.
