Synthesys Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is tucked away in Nigdi, specifically in Muttha Chawl. If you know the area, we are Room No. 4, right behind the Basera Building. It’s not the kind of place you’d expect a tech-sounding company to be, but it works for us. The Chawl has its own rhythm, and we’ve become part of it over the years. We deal with solutions for various problems, mostly technical, but we talk about it in plain English. Pune 44 is our home base. The office is small and can get a bit cramped when everyone is in at once. We share the space with our computers and a lot of cables. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but people find us eventually. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. Usually, someone just looks up from their screen when the door opens. Sometimes we step outside for a break to escape the hum of the machines. The neighbors are mostly families, so there’s always something going on nearby. It feels real here, not like those sterile office parks in Hinjewadi. We started small and stayed that way because we like knowing exactly what's happening with every project. We just focus on the task at hand without any big fuss or complicated processes. It’s just us doing our bit in a corner of Nigdi.
