You can find us over in Yerwada, Pune. This part of the city has grown so much in the last few years with all the IT companies moving in. We are one of those spots where people are constantly coming and going with their laptop bags and ID cards. Synechron is a big name, but our day-to-day is just about getting through the project deadlines and keeping the systems running. The traffic in Yerwada can be a real nightmare during the office hours, so most of us try to get in early or stay late to avoid the worst of it. The office itself is modern, but it feels like a regular workplace once you are at your desk. We deal with a lot of financial technology and software stuff. It’s a lot of meetings and coding. During lunch, you’ll see everyone heading out to the local cafes or sitting in the break area talking about cricket or the latest movies. It’s a fast-paced environment, but we try to keep things grounded. Pune is a great city for this kind of work, and Yerwada is right in the middle of the action. We don't spend much time on fancy speeches about our goals; we just focus on the code and the systems we are building. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes the coffee machine is the most important thing in the building.
