Our shop is right in the middle of Raviwar Peth at Laxmi Narayan Market. The address is 224/35. If you know Pune-411002, you know it is a crowded and busy place to be every single day. We’ve been here for ages, surrounded by all sorts of other traders and shops in the market. It’s a hardware business, so there are always tools, nuts, and bolts everywhere you look inside. The shelves are packed and sometimes it is a bit hard to find a specific thing, but we usually know where everything is hidden away. It is noisy and dusty out there but that’s just how the market is. We spend our days helping people find what they need for their home repairs or building projects. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing person. It is just us standing behind the counter talking to people. Some of our customers have been coming here since we first opened the doors. We deal with suppliers and try to keep our stock up as much as possible for the locals. It is a lot of manual work, lifting heavy boxes and counting inventory in the summer heat. We like the hustle of Raviwar Peth, even when it gets overwhelming. It’s a real working environment for people who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty. No air conditioning here, just some fans and the open doors. It is how we have always done it since the beginning.
