Swaranjali Farmers Producer Company Limited is based out of Ganesh Nivruti Dalwi’s place in Sawargaon. That’s in the Partur area. It’s a quiet village mostly, except when it’s time to move the harvest. We don’t have a big sign or a fancy storefront. Most of the work happens right there at the survey number in Sawargaon where Ganesh stays. We are just a group of farmers who decided to team up. It’s easier to handle things like seeds and fertilizers when you have a company name, even if we are just local guys. We don’t spend much time on the computer unless we absolutely have to for the government forms. Most of our day is spent out and about or talking to the other farmers in Partur. We know the struggles of this area, like when the rain doesn't come on time or when the market prices drop suddenly. We don't have any big promises to make. We just work hard and try to keep things moving. The atmosphere here is very relaxed; you might find us sitting on the porch discussing the crops. It’s just how life is in Sawargaon. We’ve been part of this community for generations, so starting this company felt like a natural next step for us. We just take things as they come and try to keep our heads down while we work.
