Swaraj Publicity

We operate out of number 2 in the Warje Malwadi area. It is a straightforward setup where we handle all our publicity work. The space is not huge, but we have got enough room for our computers and some of the printing equipment we use for banners and flyers. Warje Malwadi is a lively part of Pune, and being right there allows us to stay connected with the local shops and businesses. We do not have a big marketing team or a polished front office. Most of the time, it is just us with ink on our clothes or leaning over a monitor trying to get a design just right. People stop by to ask about making signs or putting up ads in the neighborhood. We talk to them across the counter while we work on something else. It is a bit messy with scraps of paper and rolls of vinyl tucked into the corners, but that is the nature of a publicity shop. We do not use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just make sure the letters are big enough and the colors look okay before we hand things over. The street outside is usually busy with people heading toward the highway or into the city. We have been in this little corner of Warje for a bit now, and we like the rhythm of the place. It is honest work, and we enjoy seeing our posters hanging up around the town.
