I've been working out of this space at A 3 in Rahul Terrace for a while. Koregaon Park is a busy area but this particular lane stays relatively quiet most of the afternoon. It’s just a regular setup here. I don't have a big staff or a fancy office suite. Most days it is just me handling the files and taking calls. People who come to visit usually know the landmark well because Rahul Terrace is a bit of an older building around here. The office has big windows which is nice for the light, though it gets a bit warm in the summer months. I started doing this work because I liked the independence of having my own place. It isn't always easy, and sometimes the paperwork piles up more than I'd like. I try to stay organized but you know how it goes when things get busy. I don't really have a big sign outside or anything like that. Most people who call me are friends of friends or people I've worked with for years. It’s a small operation. I keep my own hours mostly, though I’m usually here from ten till six. Sometimes I stay late if there's a deadline, but I prefer to get home before the traffic on the main road gets too bad. It's a straightforward way of working. No big corporate meetings or anything like that. Just me and the work that needs doing every day to keep things moving.
