Ariel Out Doors

Our spot is at 1206/18 B on Prabhat Road, right near the Dealing Corner at Deccan Gymkhana. It’s an old part of town with a lot of character. We deal with outdoor stuff, mostly big signs and banners that you see when you’re driving around J M Road. The office is usually full of rolls of vinyl and the smell of fresh ink. We have a few large tables where we spread out the designs to check them before they go out. It’s not a quiet place because there is always some machine running or someone hauling a metal frame through the door. We spend a lot of time coordinating with the guys who actually climb up to put the signs on the poles. Weather is always something we have to worry about, especially when the monsoon starts and everything gets wet. We’ve been at this location for a while, and the neighborhood knows us as the guys who are always messing with ladders and big sheets of plastic. It’s a lot of manual labor and making sure the colors look okay under the sun. Sometimes the street outside gets so crowded with parked bikes that it’s hard to unload our supplies. We just manage the daily grind, drinking chai and making sure the prints are straight and the grommets are tight. It’s a practical business without any extra fluff.
