Swapnil Hair Dresser

I’ve been running Swapnil Hair Dresser for quite a few years now. The shop is located in the Bk Chavan Building in Shreerang Nagar, over in the Dhankawadi area of Pune. Our pin code is 411043. Most people find us because we are right near the Datta Mandir. It’s a nice little spot. The building is older, but it’s sturdy and has a lot of character. Inside the shop, it’s just the usual setup. A few chairs, some mirrors, and my cutting tools. I like to keep things clean but it's a working shop, so there's usually some hair on the floor until I get a chance to sweep. People from all over Dhankawadi come by. Some just want a quick haircut, others want to sit and talk for a bit while they wait. It’s a local place where everyone knows everyone. I don't use any fancy equipment, just what works. The light comes in through the front window in the afternoons and makes the place feel warm. It can get pretty hot in the summer, but we have a fan going. Being near the mandir means it's usually peaceful, except during festivals when it gets really crowded and loud outside. I enjoy the rhythm of the work. It’s not a big corporate salon, just a place for a haircut. If you need to find me, just look for the Bk Chavan Building near the temple. I am usually there all day long working.
