Swaminee Restaurant & Bear Bar is located at 1360/A/101 in Shukrawar Peth. It’s a traditional part of the city, and we’ve been part of the landscape here for quite some time. The building is old but sturdy. We open up and get the tables ready before the lunch rush starts. It’s a place where people come to sit down after a long day of work. The menu stays pretty much the same because that’s what people like. We spend our time making sure the food is ready and the drinks are cold. Sometimes it gets loud when a big group comes in, but that’s part of the charm. The kitchen is always busy, and there’s always something that needs cleaning or fixing. We don’t try to be a fancy lounge or a high-end eatery. We’re just a local spot where you can grab a chair and stay for a while.
