If you head down to Sant Nagar in Lohegaon, you’ll find us at S.No 76/2B in Maratha Colony. We’ve been here at Svil Automation for a while now. The area is a bit quieter than the center of Pune, which is something we actually appreciate. Our workspace is more of a workshop than a typical office. You’ll usually see tools, wires, and various machine parts lying around on the benches. We don’t have a shiny reception area or anyone waiting to greet you with a script. It’s just us working on whatever project is currently on the floor. Most of the time, we’re busy trying to get a machine to do exactly what it’s supposed to do. It takes a lot of patience and sometimes a bit of trial and error. We aren’t a big company with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small team that knows how to handle automation. The local people in Maratha Colony know we’re here, and we’ve become a part of the neighborhood. The weather in Lohegaon is usually decent, so we keep the doors open to let the air in. We don’t use any corporate jargon or fancy talk. We just explain things as they are. If a job is going to take a week, we say it’ll take a week. It’s a straightforward way of doing things, and it seems to work for us. We just keep our heads down and focus.
