We are Sv Agro Commodities Llp and we've been operating out of South Mumbai for some time now. Our office is on the third floor of the Kerawala Building, specifically at plot 61. It is tucked away on Mangaldas Lane in the Lohar Chawl area, which as anyone from around here knows, is always packed and busy. If you head towards Dr K M Sharma Marg near Crawford Market, you’re basically in our neighborhood. Being in Kalbadevi means there is always noise and people moving goods around at all hours of the day. It’s a very old part of Mumbai, so the buildings have that lived-in feel to them. We handle commodities and it makes sense to be right here where all the trade happens. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't used to the narrow lanes, but we like being in the heart of the market. Floor 3, Room 11 is where we keep the books and take calls. Sometimes the stairs are a bit much in the heat, but that’s just how it is in these old commercial buildings. We’ve got a small team and we just try to get through the daily work without too much fuss. Dealing with agro commodities in a place like Kalbadevi keeps you on your toes because something is always happening outside the window. We've been here for years and the pace hasn't slowed down once.
