Suzlon Windfarm Services Ltd., Pune

We are located on the 4th floor of a building in Wanorie, Pune. Specifically, it’s Flat No. 301. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a windfarm service company, being in a residential-style building, but it works for us. Suzlon Windfarm Services Ltd. keeps us very busy with all the technical details of the farms. Most of what we do here is the administrative side of things. We handle the schedules for the technicians and keep track of the maintenance reports. The office is pretty quiet, mostly just the sound of the fans and the occasional printer. We have a lot of files about wind turbines and spare parts. Since we’re on the 4th floor, we get a bit of a view of the Wanorie area. We’ve been here in Maharashtra for quite some time now. The daily grind involves a lot of spreadsheets and phone calls to the actual sites. It’s not the kind of place where we have fancy clients visiting. It’s more of a hub for getting the real work organized. We keep it simple. There are a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a small area for making coffee. It’s a functional space. We show up, do the work, and make sure the wind farms have what they need to keep running. The elevator is sometimes slow, so we take the stairs if we are in a hurry.
