Suryarup Educare Private Limited operates out of Hadapsar. Specifically, we’re in Flat No N14 in the Panchaganga Saha Sanstha. The address is a bit of a mouthful with all those survey numbers like 182 and 183. We are located near 17 1/2 Nali, which is how most locals describe the spot. It's a typical residential society setup. We decided to work from here because it’s where we are comfortable. The educare work we do doesn't need a high-end commercial park. It just needs some dedicated people and a quiet room. Our flat has plenty of space for our computers and the materials we use for our programs. Hadapsar is a very busy part of Pune, especially with all the IT parks nearby, but our little corner is relatively calm. We don't have a company car or a big sign on the gate. Most of our neighbors probably just think we're a regular family until they see us with all the files and folders. We drink a lot of chai and spend hours discussing how to make our educational materials better. It’s a modest way to run a private limited company, but it works for us. We don't feel the need to be in a glass building. We’re happy just doing our work from N14 and staying part of the local neighborhood. It keeps us grounded.
