We are tucked away at Sub Plot No.19 in the Ramtekdi Industrial Area, specifically Lane No.7 in Hadapsar. It can be a bit tricky to find the first time because of how the plots are numbered around here. Suresh Indu Lassers has been in this spot for a good bit of time. The building is functional, designed for work rather than looking pretty. We deal with laser equipment, so there’s always a bit of a technical hum in the background. It’s not a silent office by any means. We have technicians who have been with us for a long time and they know these machines inside and out. We don't spend money on shiny brochures or expensive advertisements. Most people find us through word of mouth anyway. The Hadapsar area is quite industrial, so we’re surrounded by other people doing similar hard work. We share the same dusty roads and the same local lunch spots. It’s a no-nonsense environment. If something breaks, we fix it. If an order is due, we stay until it’s ready. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall; we just have a calendar and a list of things to do. It’s a practical place run by practical people. We don't pretend to be a giant global firm. We are just a local company in Hadapsar doing what we know how to do best. Some days are long, but seeing the machines ship out makes it worth it.
