Suprime Facility Managemant Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Ekata Nagar in the Vithalwadi area of Pune. We are the ones who handle the cleaning, security, and general upkeep for various buildings around the city. Our office in Vithalwadi is really more of a hub where we coordinate our teams and keep our equipment. It’s often quite messy, with buckets, cleaning supplies, and uniforms stacked up in the corners. We don't have a polished corporate office because that’s just not the kind of work we do. Most of our day is spent on the phone, making sure the guards showed up for their shifts or that the cleaning crews have enough supplies for the week. Vithalwadi can be a bit of a chaotic area, especially with the local traffic, so managing everything from here takes a lot of patience. We have a small group of people in the office who handle the scheduling and the payroll, and it’s a lot of hard work. We don't have any fancy brochures or big promises; we just try to make sure the buildings we look after are clean and safe. Sometimes things go wrong, like a machine breaking down or someone not showing up, and we have to scramble to fix it. It’s just the reality of the facility management business in a busy city like Pune.
