Supreme Facility Management is based over in Akurdi, specifically in the Ekata Nagar area of Vithalwadi. Being in Pune for this long, you get to know how the city works. Our office is a simple place where we coordinate all our cleaning and maintenance jobs. We handle the basic stuff buildings need to stay functional—things like sweeping, security, and making sure the plumbing works. It’s a lot of juggling schedules and making sure our staff show up where they are supposed to be. Some days are much smoother than others. When a pipe bursts or a security guard doesn't show up for their shift, we’re the ones who have to stay late and figure it out. It’s honest, hard work.
