At Suntech Computer Sales & Services, we spend most of our time fixing laptops and figuring out why things aren't turning on. We’re located in Sumangal Apartments, which is over in Ganesh Nagar, Dhanakawadi. It’s a small shop on the ground floor, number 2. We have parts and wires scattered around a bit, but we know where everything is. People from the apartments and the nearby streets bring us their computers when they have issues. We also sell some machines and parts if someone needs an upgrade. It’s not a fancy showroom. It’s more of a workshop where we actually do the work. I started this because I liked taking things apart when I was younger. Now it’s just my daily job. Some days are slow, and other days everyone’s printer stops working at the same time. We try to get through the repairs as fast as we can, but some jobs take longer when we have to wait for a specific part to arrive. Ganesh Nagar is a good place to be. It’s a regular neighborhood with regular people. We don't use a lot of technical jargon with our customers because it just confuses things. We just tell them what’s broken and how much it will cost to fix it. It’s a small business, and we like keeping it that way so we can actually talk to the people we’re helping. It's just honest work.
