We are located in the Manik Moti Complex, B-15, right on the Pune-Satara Road. It’s a busy road, so there’s always something happening outside. We’ve been fixing computers and laptops here for quite some time. It started because I was always the one my friends called when their screens went black or their keyboards stopped working. Eventually, it turned into a real business. The shop is small and usually filled with towers, laptops, and cables everywhere. It looks a bit messy to some people, but I know where everything is. We spend the day opening up machines and trying to figure out why they aren't working. Sometimes it’s a simple fix, other times it takes days to find the right part. We don't have a big corporate setup. It’s just us and our tools. Pune-Satara Road is a good location because people can drop off their stuff on their way to work. We don't use any fancy talk or promise things we can't do. If a computer is too old to fix, we just tell the owner the truth. We like helping people get back to their work or their studies. It’s satisfying when a machine finally boots up again after you’ve been working on it for hours. We just take it one repair at a time. It's been a long journey from fixing my first desktop to running this little shop here in Pune.
