Our shop is based in the Manik Moti Complex at B-15, which is right on the Pune-Satara Road. If you are driving along that way, you’ve probably seen the building. We handle all sorts of computer repairs and services here. It’s a small space, but we make it work. There are usually parts and pieces of laptops spread out on the workbenches. We aren't trying to be some big tech giant. We are just a local repair shop that people can trust with their devices. The day usually starts with checking the ones we left running overnight to see if the software finished installing. Then we deal with whoever walks in. Sometimes people are really stressed because they lost their data, and we do what we can to help them out. It’s not always easy, especially with the newer models that are hard to open. We’ve been at this address for a while now, and we know many of the regulars who live in the area. We don't do big advertisements. Most people find us because a friend told them we were here. It’s just a straightforward service. We work on the machines, give them back, and hope they last a long time. It’s what we do every day, Monday through Saturday, and we’re happy with that. There is always a new problem to solve when it comes to technology, and that keeps our work interesting for us.
