You can find us at G 102 in the K K Market over in Bibvewadi. If you’ve ever been to this market, you know it’s a bit of a chaotic place with a lot of different shops squeezed together. Our office is a straightforward space where we manage our service operations. We call it "Free Flowing Service" because we try not to let things get bogged down in too much red tape. It’s just a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of phone calls. We spend a good chunk of our day coordinating with people and making sure things are moving where they need to go. It isn't a glamorous setup with glass walls or modern furniture. The chairs are a bit old, and the tea guy comes by twice a day to keep us going. We’ve been in Bibvewadi for a while, so we know most of the other shop owners in the building. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, and we just sit there and wait for the backup to kick in. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. It’s mostly about tracking orders and answering questions from folks who need help with their equipment or supplies. The market gets very crowded on the weekends, so we usually prefer the quiet of a Tuesday morning to get our heavy paperwork done. It’s just a local business trying to stay organized.
