Sunil Mens Parlour

I've been running this shop in Ghorpade Peth for a long time now. The location is right by Rashtra Bhushan Chowk, which gets quite busy with people coming and going from the Swargate bus stop. I started the place with just two chairs and a few basic tools. It’s a simple setup, nothing like those fancy salons you see in the malls. The mirrors are a bit old, and the floor usually has hair on it because I'm busy cutting all day. My brother helps out sometimes when the crowds get too big on the weekends. We have a small bench outside where men sit and talk about the news or cricket while they wait their turn. The Pune heat can be really bad, so the ceiling fan is always on full speed, though it makes a bit of a rattling noise. I grew up in this area, so I know most of the families around here. People come in for a quick shave or a trim before heading to work. It’s honest work and keeps me on my feet. I don't use any expensive products, just the usual stuff that works well. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just have to wait it out with a cup of chai from the stall next door. It’s a local spot where everyone feels comfortable. If you are near the bus stand and need a haircut, you'll find us easily.
