If you head over to Aundh in Pune, you’ll find us at the Kaplanamati Society. We are in the C/14 block. It’s a bit of a residential area, so it doesn't feel like those cold industrial zones where most tech companies are located. We’ve got a decent setup inside one of the buildings there. The rooms are filled with computers and cables everywhere you look. Working in technology means we spend a lot of time staring at screens, trying to fix bugs or update systems. Aundh is a nice place, though the traffic on the main road can be a real headache during rush hour. We usually just hunker down and get the work done. We aren't big on meetings that last for hours; we’d rather just finish the code and go grab some lunch nearby. There are some good spots to eat around here, which is a plus for us. The atmosphere in our office is pretty relaxed. People wear what they want and we don't have a lot of strict rules, as long as the work gets done on time. It’s a small group of us who have been together for a while. We know the ins and outs of the projects we handle. It’s just a regular tech job in a quiet society building. Nothing too fancy, just good people doing their daily tasks in Pune without much fuss or drama.
