You can find us at the College of Agriculture Servant Quarters in Shivaji Nagar. We are in unit R-10. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a company like Sunbeam Facilities Pvt Ltd., but being on the college grounds means there are lots of old trees and a bit more breathing room than the rest of Pune. Shivaji Nagar is generally very busy, but our little corner is tucked away from the main chaos. The building is older, with that solid, classic construction you don't see much anymore. It’s not a shiny new glass building, and we like it that way. We use the space to manage our daily operations, so there’s always a bit of coming and going. The rooms are simple with basic furniture and plenty of paperwork scattered around. Sometimes the crows in the big trees outside make more noise than the traffic. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle sometimes if you don't know the layout of the quarters, but we manage. It’s a very grounded place to work from. We’ve been here in the 411005 area for quite a while, and the staff knows the shortcuts around the campus. It’s just a plain, functional office where we handle the logistics of our business. There aren’t any fancy lounge areas or high-tech gadgets, just people working at their desks and getting things sorted for the day ahead.
