Summithr

Summithr is based in Pune at 502/C, Ganga Kunj Society. We’re located in the Kalas area, which is part of Maharashtra, 411015. It’s a quiet enough neighborhood. The building is just a standard society block. We aren’t in a big glass office park with a security gate and badges. It’s more laid back than that. We just have our office in 502/C and we come in every day to get through our tasks. Pune can get hot, so we usually have the fans going while we work. We don't have any of that corporate fluff in our language. We’re just a bunch of people working together. Some of us have been here since we started, and we’ve seen the Ganga Kunj Society change over the years. We keep things pretty simple. There are desks, some computers, and a lot of paperwork. We don’t have a dedicated cleaning crew or a fancy coffee machine; we just handle things ourselves. It’s a practical way to run things. We focus on what needs to be done today and try not to worry too much about tomorrow. Being in Kalas is nice because it’s not as congested as the city center. We just go about our business and try to be helpful where we can. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s real. We like the honesty of working in a regular place like this every single day.
