We work out of Dwarikanagari Bldg-C, in Flat No- 4. It’s a bit of a way out in the 412134 area of Maharashtra, near Pune. We deal with facilities management, which is basically a way of saying we take care of buildings. Keeping a place running isn't always a clean or easy job. There is always something with the plumbing, the cleaning, or making sure the electricity is working right. We have teams of people out at different sites, and we manage it all from this small office. India is the kind of place where things tend to break, so we are always kept on our toes. This area is getting a lot more crowded every year, which means more buildings and more work for us. We didn't start with much, and we’ve just slowly grown over time. You won't find a big corporate lobby here. If you come to see us, you’ll probably find us covered in schedules and lists of supplies. It’s very practical work. We make sure the water is running and the floors stay clean. People usually only notice us when something goes wrong. We don't talk about being the best because we are too busy actually doing the work. It’s dusty and loud sometimes, but we know what we’re doing. Building C has been our home base for a long time now while our teams are out working.
