Sulzer Turbo Services

Located over in Kothrud 7, Sulzer Turbo Services is where we spend our days working on heavy machinery. It is a bit of a specialized field, dealing with turbos and large engines, but someone has to do it. The workshop is usually covered in a bit of grease and there is always the sound of tools hitting metal. We handle a lot of maintenance tasks for equipment that comes from all over the area. It is not the kind of place that looks pretty, but we have everything we need to get the job done right. Being in Kothrud, we get a mix of different clients coming through. Some days it is quiet and we can focus on one big project, and other days everything seems to arrive at once. We don't spend much time on the computer or doing paperwork unless we absolutely have to. Most of our time is spent out on the floor with the machines. We’ve seen all sorts of problems over the years, from simple wear and tear to things that are completely broken down. It takes patience to take these things apart and put them back together. The address is easy to find if you know the Kothrud 7 area well enough. We just show up, do the work, and head home when the shift is over. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way.
