Sujata Beauty Parlours

Sujata Beauty Parlours is right on Tilak Road in the Shukrawar Peth area. This part of Pune is always crowded and noisy, and our shop is right in the middle of it. It’s an old building, so the shop has that traditional feel to it. We have a couple of rooms where we do different treatments. It’s not a modern, glass-fronted place. We keep things simple. Most days involve a lot of threading and basic hair cutting. The fans are always humming to keep the heat away. We have many regulars who have been coming since they were kids. It’s a very familiar atmosphere. Sometimes we’re so busy that people have to wait on the chairs outside the main door. We don't spend much on decorations; we'd rather just keep the tools in good shape. Working on Tilak Road means there’s always something happening outside, but we just focus on the client in the chair. It’s a small team here. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just know where we are. We try to work fast but carefully. It’s a busy, cramped, and friendly little parlour that serves the local community. There’s no fancy stuff here, just straightforward beauty work that gets the job done. Sometimes we even close a bit early if it’s a slow day, but usually, we are here until the evening. We keep the door open to let the air in.
