Success Placement

Our office is located at 679 Bhosarigoan Landewadi, which is right near the Bank of Maharashtra. Success Placement has been operating out of this spot for some time. It's a simple room where we keep all the files and talk to people who are looking for work. We see a lot of folks coming in every day, some looking for their first job and others trying to find something better. It’s usually pretty quiet until the morning rush starts. We have a couple of desks and some chairs for people to wait. Being near the bank makes it easy for people to find us when they’re walking through Landewadi. We spend most of our time looking through lists and making calls to different companies. It’s a lot of paperwork and talking on the phone. Sometimes the office feels a bit small when there are several people waiting at once, but we make it work. We aren't a big corporate agency with uniforms or anything. Just a few of us trying to match people with the right openings. Some days are busier than others, especially at the start of the month. We keep the doors open and try to help whoever walks in. There's no secret to it, just keeping track of who is hiring and who needs a job. It's a basic operation but it keeps us busy from morning till evening. We just take down details and try to find a fit for everyone who visits.
