Streamalised Beauty Parlour

Our parlour is tucked away in Madhu Sudhakar Park on Papad Vaste Road in Bibvewadi. It is a nice little spot in Pune, and we have a lot of regulars from the surrounding neighborhood who come in. The shop itself is simple, with the usual chairs, mirrors, and the scent of various hair products and creams. We aren't trying to be one of those high-end, expensive salons you see in the malls. This is just a local place where women can come for a haircut, some threading, or a basic facial. The atmosphere is usually quite relaxed, with a bit of chatting going on while we work. Papad Vaste Road can get a little busy during the day, but once you step inside, it’s a bit quieter. We spend our days standing on our feet, handling scissors and combs. Some days are packed from morning to night, especially before holidays or wedding seasons, and other days are much slower when we just tidy up the place and wait for walk-ins. We don't have a professional receptionist, so we just answer the phone ourselves when it rings. The light in the parlour is bright so we can see what we are doing, and we keep everything as clean as we can. It’s just a straightforward business where we do our best to help people look a bit neater when they walk out the door than when they walked in. It is just us working here.
