We are based in Pune, specifically at the East Fortune Building. You can find us in A3/S3. It is a decent enough building, though it can get a bit congested during the peak hours when everyone is trying to get in or out. Pune weather is usually nice, so that makes the commute a little better. Our office is where we do all our executive search work. It is mostly just us on our computers and talking on the phone. It is not a place with a lot of foot traffic. We keep things professional but we are not stuffy about it. We have our own way of doing things that has worked for us over the years. The desks are a bit cluttered with papers and coffee mugs. We do not have a fancy reception area with someone waiting to greet you. Usually, you just walk in and see us working. It is a straightforward environment. We handle a lot of sensitive information so we try to keep things organized, even if it looks a bit messy to an outsider. We are just a team of people trying to find the right fits for different roles. It takes a lot of patience and a lot of searching. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just look for people and talk to companies. That is the whole of it. It is just our daily routine in a busy city office.
