Stepstone Manpower Solutions

Our office, Stepstone Manpower Solutions, is at 12 Viman Nagar on Nagar Road. We are in the Chandhere Complex, which is right beside the C T R Company. It’s a decent-sized space but we have a lot of files and paperwork stacked up. We spend most of our time interviewing people or talking to managers about their hiring needs. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails every single day. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, computers, and a small waiting area for candidates. Viman Nagar is a busy area, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. We see people from all walks of life coming through our doors looking for a new start or a better paycheck. Sometimes the work is a bit repetitive, looking through resumes and checking references, but it’s what we do. We don't use any fancy software to pick people; we just talk to them and see if they fit the job. It can get a bit loud when we have several interviews going on at once. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, the desks can get a bit messy with notes and forms. It’s a practical business focused on getting people into jobs. We stay open late most days to catch people who can only talk after their current work hours. It keeps us pretty occupied from Monday to Saturday.
