Kothrud is one of those busy parts of Pune that never seems to stop, and that’s exactly where we are. We work in human resources. To put it simply, we spend our days helping people find jobs and helping businesses find the right staff. It’s a lot of matching things up and seeing what fits. Most of our mornings are spent answering emails and our afternoons are full of phone calls. We have people coming in and out for interviews quite often. It involves a lot of talking and listening. We don’t have a fancy reception area with a big TV or a water feature. It’s just a regular, working office where we get things done. Pune is full of young people who are looking for their first big break, and we see many of them every week. We try to give them some honest advice, even if we don't have a job for them right at that moment. We’ve been around for a while now. Kothrud has changed a lot since we started, with so many new shops and a lot more traffic on the roads, but the basic work we do hasn't changed at all. People need jobs, and companies need good people to work for them. We are just the bridge between the two. We don't make big promises. It’s just us, working through the resumes and trying to help.
