You can find Starpowerz Human Resources P Ltd over in Kothrud, right behind the Maharaja Complex. Our office is on the first floor of Prabhu Kunj in the Chandragupta Society. It’s a nice enough area on Paud Road, though it gets quite busy with traffic during the peak hours. We’ve been operating from 2-A for a while now. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel because we are always here. We handle a lot of HR tasks, which basically means a lot of phone calls and sitting at desks. It’s not the kind of place with a lobby or a receptionist in a uniform. We usually just answer the door ourselves. Pune is a city that keeps growing, so there are always new people looking for advice on their careers. We try to keep things simple and just talk to people like normal human beings. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up some files or get back to someone who called earlier in the day. It’s a lot of coordinating and making sure everyone has what they need. We don't have any big speeches or grand plans, we just show up and do the work that needs doing. The space is a bit cramped when we have too many people over, but we make it work. It’s just a regular local business trying to stay organized in a busy part of town behind the complex.
