We are based in the Gultekdi area of Pune, right by the girls hostel at Tilak Maharashtra University. This location keeps us right in the middle of all the student energy and local bustle. Starpowerz Hr Pvt Ltd is a place where we spend our days looking at resumes and talking to people about their careers. The office isn't very large, so it can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of interviews lined up for the day. We have some basic desks and a couple of chairs for visitors, and there is usually a stack of folders waiting to be organized by someone. Being near the university means we see a lot of young people looking for their first jobs, which keeps things interesting for us. We don't have any polished marketing slogans on our walls; we just have a calendar and some notes tacked up. Pune weather is usually nice, so we often leave the windows open to let some air in, even if it means hearing the traffic outside all day. We take our work seriously but keep the atmosphere pretty casual for the staff. Most of the time, it’s just us drinking tea and trying to match the right person with the right job. It’s a straightforward process, and we don't try to make it more complicated than it needs to be. We are just a local team doing our part to help people get hired in the area.
