Our office for Star Engineers Pvt Ltd is located in the Mangaldham Building, right in Sector 29/9A of Ravet. We are in Flat B-103. It is a bit of a quiet spot in the Pradhikaran area of Pune. Being in a residential building means it feels more like a home office than some cold industrial park. We have our desks set up and our files organized in the rooms here. People who come to see us usually have to buzz the gate or ask the security guard first. It’s not a huge space, but it works for what we do. We handle the engineering side of things from this flat, focusing on the planning and the paperwork that goes into technical projects. Pune is a big hub for this kind of work, and Ravet is growing fast. You can see new buildings going up all around us. We spend our days looking at blueprints and talking to clients on the phone. Sometimes we go out to visit sites, but a lot of the brain work happens right here in B-103. We don't have a big sign out front or anything like that. Just a small plate on the door. It’s a practical setup for us. We like it because it’s easy to get to and it stays relatively calm so we can actually focus on the math and the designs. It’s just us doing our engineering jobs in a normal neighborhood, keeping things moving along.
