Sri Management Consultants Hr & Labour Laws & Placement Services

Our office for Sri Management Consultants is over in Kothrud, at number 103. It's a bit of a mouthful with the full name being Hr & Labour Laws & Placement Services, but we mostly just think of ourselves as the people who help sort out work problems. Labour laws can be pretty dry and confusing for most people, so we spend a lot of time looking through old files and updated regulations. The office is usually stacked with folders. It’s not the most modern-looking place, but it works for what we need. Kothrud is a busy area, so there is always something happening outside. We’ve got a few desks and a very old filing cabinet that squeaks every time someone opens it. We don't really do the whole fancy corporate thing. Most of the time, we’re just on the phone or typing up documents that need to be filed. It can be stressful when deadlines are close, but we’ve got a good rhythm going. Lunch is usually a quick affair from the place next door. We like being in this part of town because it’s easy for people to reach us. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles here, just some desks, some chairs, and a lot of knowledge about how the workplace is supposed to function according to the law. It’s steady work and it keeps us on our toes. We are just local folks trying to do a good job.
