Over at Sri Management Consultants, we spend our time dealing with HR, labour laws, and placement services. Our office is at 595 Narayan Peth, right on Kelkar Road in Pune. It is an old part of the city, so the streets are narrow and it can get quite crowded with people and scooters. We have been at this 411030 location for quite some time now. Our work is mostly about the rules and regulations that businesses have to follow. There is a lot of reading involved and even more paperwork. We have folders full of labour law details and stacks of resumes for the placement side of the business. Narayan Peth is a lively place to be, and Kelkar Road always has something happening. Our office is a bit of a traditional setup, with wooden desks and lots of filing cabinets. We do not use any of that fancy modern jargon; we just tell people what the laws are and try to help them find workers. It is a steady kind of job. The team here knows the local laws pretty well because we have been doing this for years. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty with all the old files, but we keep things organized enough. It is just a group of us working hard in Pune to keep things running for the folks we help. We usually have a few cups of tea a day and keep the fans running to beat the heat.
