Our office is situated in the Shree H.A.E Society, right at Paud Phata on Karve Road in Pune. It’s a well-known corner of the city, so people don’t usually have much trouble finding us once they get to the society gates. We do management consulting and placement, so there’s a constant stream of people coming in to talk about their careers or look for new staff. The office is pretty straightforward, with a few desks and a small waiting area that is almost always full. We have been here for quite some time, and the walls are covered with calendars and notes we’ve scribbled to ourselves. Karve Road is always busy with students and commuters, which gives the whole area a lot of life. Sometimes the office feels a bit small when we have several interviews happening at once, but we make it work. We aren't big on formalities here; we just like to get straight to the point and help people find where they need to go. There’s a small tea shop just outside the society where we usually go when we need a break from the paperwork. It’s a typical Pune business spot where the work is steady and the atmosphere is relaxed but busy enough to keep us on our toes all day long. We don't have any big corporate signs, just a simple door and some hard-working people inside.
