You can find us over at G-102 in the Alaknanda Housing Society. We are located in Shivanand Garden, which is right near Mantri Park in Kothrud, Pune. Sri Management Consultants & Placement Services is run mostly by Sandhya Vijay Sirdeshpande. It is a quiet area, which is nice because it lets us focus on the resumes and the client calls without too much distraction. Kothrud has a lot of trees and is a bit more relaxed than the city center, but it’s still a busy place for business. We spend the day going through applications and talking to people about their careers. It’s a lot of administrative work, keeping track of who is going where and making sure the companies get the right people. Our office is part of a housing society, so it feels very personal and local. We aren't some big agency with offices everywhere; we are right here in the neighborhood. We handle the consulting side of things and the placements by just being thorough and staying on top of the emails. Sometimes the monsoon makes the garden outside look great, even if it makes the commute a bit messy. It’s a straightforward operation where we just try to be helpful and keep the placements moving along. We’ve been at this spot for a long time and the people around here know us well.
