Our office is at A-208 in the Akashdeep building, which sits on Sinhgad Road in the Dhairi area of Pune. If you know Sinhgad Road, you know it’s always packed with vehicles and people going about their business. Being on the second floor helps us stay a little bit away from the street noise, but you can still hear the city life outside. Sri Management & Placement Services is a modest operation. We have a couple of rooms filled with desks and a lot of folders. It’s the kind of place where people are always coming in and out, so things can get a bit cluttered. We don't have any expensive furniture or high-tech gadgets, just what we need to get the placement work done. The team is small, and we’ve been working together for a long time. We usually start the day with a quick talk about what needs to happen and then we just dive into it. The building is pretty standard for Pune, with a mix of different shops and offices. Sometimes the parking is a bit of a struggle, but we manage. We like being in Dhairi because it feels like a real neighborhood. We don’t worry about looking like a big corporation. We just focus on the people we talk to and the papers we have to process. It’s a busy, practical life here on Sinhgad Road.
